6 Weeks, 54cm and 3,9kg

Time is passing faster than the wind and little Sofia is surprising us everyday anew. The first clothes are starting to get a little tight and she has started smiling to us from time to time. Honestly, seeing one of these cute little smiles is the best thing during our days.

Our daily routines are getting smoother every day as we are all starting to understand eachother better. Mummy and daddy start to know which cry means what, when Sofia wants to sleep, when to eat and when to play. Sofia starts to see that mummy also sometimes needs to eat and take a shower :)

We have taken several baths and Sofia still enjoys them every time.
She watches us very attentively and she paddles her legs as if she was swimming. We are really looking forward to start taking baby swimming classes at our indoor swimming hall in Lund.

Sofia has also started to play in her baby gym. Especially after being fed she loves to lay in the baby gym and just play for about half an hour. After that she usually gets a bit grumpy and mostly falls asleep until the next feeding.

On June 20, we followed the Swedish tradition and celebrated Midsummer with a bunch of international friends. It was a really nice afternoon/ evening with lots of food, games, music, songs, barbecue and a self-made midsummer tree. Sofia was an angel all through the day and she enjoyed spending time in everyone’s arms :).
